Our vision is to break through the norms of compliance and set the standard for safety, no matter what we do or where we work.
To assure we maintain “Safety First” every new employee undergoes extensive safety training before setting foot on a job site. Through New Hire Orientations, Weekly Safety Meetings, Operator Qualifications, Operator Training, Specialty Skills, Awareness Trainings, First Responder Trainings and many other certification processes we not only safeguard “Safety First” as our culture but our way of life. All accidents and potential issues are reported. Statistics are compiled in a quarterly report and reviewed with immediate supervisors, management, and the Operations Department to proactively address trends and potential needs.
